FAQ's

  • Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

    A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
  • Q. What is our Cancellation Policy?

    A. You must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of your full stay's charges.
          For reservations in mid-December to January 1st, there is no refund if you cancel after November 1st and
          you are subject to penalty of all room and tax charges.  
          We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which
          full payment is due at the time of booking. 
          Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.


    Q. Do you require a deposit when making your reservation?

    A. Yes, 40% of your charges are taken as a deposit when you make your reservation. 
          If your reservation is within 21 days of arrival, 100% of the total charges are taken at time reservation is made.


    Q. Pet Policy

    A. We apologize but the Snake River Lodge & Spa does not allow pets.
     

Q. Do you offer high-speed internet access?

A. We offer Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire hotel.
 
  • Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?

    A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 


    Q. Are there coffee makers, Microwaves, refrigerator/Freezer in the rooms?

    A. All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers and mini refrigerators. Microwaves are also available in our One Bedroom Suites.
         Some Suites have full kitchens. Please call our Reservations Team at 855-342-4712 for help in finding the
         perfect room type to meet your travel needs.


    Q. Are There In Room DVD Players?

    A. Yes and a free library is available at the Front Desk.
     

    Q. Is There A Guest Laundry? 

    A. Yes. 
     

    Q. Cots and Cribs? 

    A. We do have some cots and cribs available.  Cots are $20 each and cribs are free. 
         All are on a first-come, first-serve basis by request only.  Please call our 
         Reservations Team at 855-342-4712 for more information. 
     

    • Q. How many floors does the hotel have?  

      A. The hotel has 5 floors and there are elevators.


      Q. What is included in the Resort Fee?

      A.   Refreshments: Afternoon sweets and seasonal appetizers, all day lobby beverages, bottled water in guest room on arrival.  
            Conveniences: Free local and domestic long-distance phone service, high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, unlimited Business Center use including
            free printing, Self-parking (Valet parking available for a fee).
            Amenities: Backcountry Adventure Center (Spring, Summer, Fall Seasons), Full-Service Ski Valet in Winter Season, Full-Service Spa Access including
            Men &  Women's Private Steam Rooms, Saunas, Jacuzzi, Access to onsite Fitness Center open 6 am to 11 pm.


      Q. What are the hours of the Spa?

      A. Our on-site River Spa is open 9 am - 7 pm daily. Hours may vary. Please call 307-732-6070 for current hours and to make an appointment.


      Q. What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

      A. Our fitness center is open from 6 am - 11 pm daily for our hotel guests, as part of the Resort Fee.
       

      Q. What are the hours of the Business Center?

      A. 24 hours, as part of the Resort Fee.
       

      Q. What are the hours of the Indoor/Outdoor Pool / Hot Tub?

      A.  Daily: 7 am - 11 pm.


      Q. How much is the breakfast buffet at the hotel?

      A. Our breakfast buffet pricing is subject to change. Please check with the hotel for the most up-to-date pricing.  
           Average costs per person are:   Adults: $24.95; Children (Ages 5-11) $16.95; Children Under 4 - Free.   Taxes and gratuities are additional.
    •       In addition, our on-site Gamefish Restaurant and Bar is open. Hours of operation vary.
  • Q. Parking At The Hotel? 

    A. Free self-parking is available as part of our Resort Fee. There is also 24-hour Valet Parking available for a charge.
         Current pricing is $18.00 per day, subject to change. Please check with the Front Desk for current pricing.
