    A: Free self-parking is available as part of our Resort Fee. There is also 24-hour Valet Parking available for a charge. Current pricing is $18.00 per day, subject to change. Please check with the Front Desk for current pricing.
  • Q: Are there coffee makers/refrigerators/microwaves in the rooms?

    A: All guest rooms are equipped with coffee makers and mini refrigerators. Microwaves are also available in our One Bedroom Suites. Some Suites have full kitchens. Please call one of our professional Reservations Consulting Team Members at 855-342-4712 to assist in finding the perfect room type to meet your travel needs.
  • Q: How much is the breakfast buffet at the hotel?

    A: Our breakfast buffet pricing is subject to change. Please check with the hotel for the most up-to-date pricing. Average costs per person are:
    Adults: $24.95 Children (Ages 5-11) $16.95 Children Under 4 - Free.
    Taxes and gratuities are additional.
    In addition, our on-site Gamefish Restaurant and Bar is open. Hours of operation vary.
  • Q: How many floors does the hotel have? Is there an elevator?

    A: The hotel has 5 floors and there are elevators.
  • Q: What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

    A: Our fitness center is open from 6 am - 11 pm daily for our hotel guests use only, as part of the Resort Fee.
  • Q What are the hours of the Spa?

    A: Our on-site River Spa is open 9 am - 7 pm daily. Hours may vary. Please call 307-732-6070 for current hours and to make an appointment.

    A: We offer Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire hotel.

    A: Refreshments: Afternoon sweets and seasonal appetizers, all day lobby beverages, bottled water in guest room on arrival.
    Conveniences: Free local and domestic long-distance phone service, high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, unlimited Business Center use including free printing, Self-parking (Valet parking available for a fee).

  • Q: What are the hours of the Business Center?

    A: We have a 24-hour business center for our guests use only as part of the Resort Fee.
  • Q: What is our Cancellation Policy?

    A: You must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. For reservations in mid-December to January 1st, there is no refund if you cancel after November 1st and you are subject to cancellation penalty of all room and tax charges. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
  • Q: Do you require a deposit when making your reservation?

    A: Yes, 40% of your charges are taken as a deposit when you make your reservation. If your reservation is within 21 days of arrival, 100% of the total charges are taken at time reservation is made.
  • Q: What are the hours of the Pools / Hot Tub?

    A: Our Indoor/Outdoor Pool/Hot Tub: Open 7 am - 11 pm.

  • Q: What's the best time of year to visit Teton Village?

    A: If you're an avid skier, then winter is the best time to visit Teton Village and Jackson Hole. If you're not up for hitting the slopes, then late spring and early fall are the best times to visit, offering moderate temperatures and less crowds.
  • Q: What's there to do in Teton Village?

    A: Teton Village offers easy access to the slopes of Jackson Hole if you're looking to ski or snowboard. Travelers can also enjoy hiking or mountain biking, shopping and dining, or wander the Grand Teton National Park.
  • Q: Is Teton Village part of Teton National Park?

    A: Teton Village is located at the base of the mountains and is adjacent to Grand Teton National Park but is not part of the park. It is home to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
  • Q: Are there moose in Wyoming?

    A: Yes, moose can be seen throughout Wyoming, but are most prominently found south of Jackson in the Bridger Teton National Forest region. The Grand Teton National Park inner or outer loop are great spots to look for moose.
  • Q: How far is Teton Village from Jackson Hole?

    A: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a part of Teton Village. Teton Village is located right at the base of the mountains and offers instant access to the resort and the slopes. It is about 20 minutes to downtown.
  • Q: How far is the hotel from the airport?

    A: It is about 32 minutes, 22 miles from the airport.
  • Q: How far is the hotel from Yellowstone National Park?

    A: It is about 1 ½ hours to the South entrance of Yellowstone.
