Key Features:

1.   Premium Outerwear Quality:

The Gore-Tex outerwear has already arrived and looks outstanding. Known for its brand recognition and premium features, the Gore-Tex hang tag reinforces its high value.

We have both insulated and shell garments in the program. 

2.   Professional Cleaning and Sanitization:

Each garment is professionally washed and sanitized after every rental in accordance with Gore-Tex standards.

Upon return, garments include a hang tag or label certifying they’ve been professionally cleaned. This adds peace of mind for guests, much like breaking the seal on a freshly sanitized rental car.

3.   Current Inventory:

We have over 60 pieces of outerwear in men’s and women’s sizes. (Please note that kids' sizes are not available at this time.)

If additional inventory is needed, our agreement provides the ability for us to order directly from Gore-Tex and receive shipments within 2-3 days, allowing us to accommodate large groups with proper planning.

4.   Ease of Travel:

The program is designed for travelers who prefer to pack light and know they’ll have quality outerwear waiting for them upon arrival.

While it’s also a great solution for “the airline lost my luggage” situations, the real value lies in anticipating guest needs ahead of time. The more we know about the group, the easier it is to ensure a seamless rental experience.

5.   Accurate Sizing and Fitting:

We use a detailed sizing guide developed by Gore-Tex, backed by their decades of expertise, to ensure a perfect fit for each guest.

This guide will be shared alongside clear instructions on how the rental program works.
